Who is responsible?
BLOSSOMATOR SRL, enterprise number 0787.544.681, is responsible for personal information collected through its enquiry and subscription forms. Contact hello@blossomator.com for privacy questions. Company information is set out in the legal notice.
Revenue Diagnostic
The diagnostic runs in your browser. Your answers remain in the current page unless you explicitly choose to include them in an enquiry. Refreshing or leaving the page clears the page’s copy. The downloadable brief is created locally in your browser.
The Commercial Growth Brief
If you request the monthly brief, we collect your email address, optional first name, the consent wording and version, and the time of your request. We use your consent to send a confirmation email and, after you confirm, the monthly brief. Enquiries and diagnostic results never create a subscription.
Subscription confirmation emails are sent automatically from hello@blossomator.com through the configured email service when sending is activated. The monthly brief is prepared, reviewed and sent separately. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. Confirmation links expire seven days after the request. We keep confirmed subscription information while you subscribe; pending requests older than seven days and withdrawn records older than thirty days are deleted when the subscription service is next used. The private owner page allows earlier deletion.
Use the unsubscribe link without signing in, giving a reason or paying a fee. The subscription management page uses the signed link in your email; the private owner inbox requires owner sign-in.
Business enquiries
The contact form submits your name, email address, optional company, selected topic and message to Blossomator’s private enquiry inbox. Diagnostic answers are included only if you select that option. We use this information to acknowledge, review and respond to your request. A receipt acknowledgement is sent automatically from hello@blossomator.com when the mail relay is activated; it does not include your original message or diagnostic answers.
Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential business material in an initial enquiry. Information is accessible through authorised owner access, and is not published on this website. When configured, a reference-only email alert is sent to Blossomator through the configured email service (Resend, or Google Workspace during migration); the alert does not include the visitor’s name, email or message. Enquiries can be deleted from the private inbox when no longer needed.
The form uses input checks, a hidden bot field and request limits. A short-lived, salted request identifier is used for rate limiting; it is stored separately from enquiries and is not shown in the inbox.
Purpose, legal basis and retention
We process enquiries to respond to requests and discuss possible services. Depending on the request, this is necessary for steps requested before a contract, or for our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Transactional confirmation and acknowledgement emails are queued securely for delivery. Delivery receipts are retained for up to thirty days and recipient payloads are cleared after successful sending. Failed delivery can be retried by later form activity or an authorised owner action.
We retain information while it is needed to handle the enquiry, follow up a relevant business conversation, manage a resulting engagement or meet legal obligations. Closed enquiries should be deleted when those purposes no longer apply. Enquiry deletion is managed through the private owner inbox.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can contact Blossomator by email or through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority at autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
Automated assessment
The Revenue Diagnostic uses fixed rules to suggest an initial commercial conversation. It does not make a decision with legal or similarly significant effects. The optional agent interface processes answer codes to return the same assessment without writing those answers to the enquiry database. Hosting systems may record operational request information.
Hosting and external services
This website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and its database service. The hosting service may process access information for authentication, security, service operation and aggregate traffic statistics. The page does not add marketing cookies or load social feeds automatically.
When Resend is enabled for website delivery, it processes the recipient address and fixed acknowledgement or confirmation text, including subscription management links. It does not receive the original business enquiry or diagnostic answers. Resend retains email and log data for thirty days on its standard plans and stores account data in the United States; choosing Ireland selects the sending region, not data residency. See Resend privacy information. Website emails do not require open or click tracking.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not add advertising cookies, marketing pixels or embedded social feeds. Revenue Diagnostic answers stay in the current page’s memory; they are not saved in cookies, local storage or session storage.
The hosting security service uses Cloudflare’s __cf_bm cookie to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare states that it expires after thirty minutes of continuous inactivity. This security cookie is not used by Blossomator for advertising. See Cloudflare’s cookie information for its purpose and processing details.
Accessing the private owner inbox involves a separate sign-in service, which may use necessary authentication and session cookies. Hosting systems also process operational access information and aggregate traffic statistics, as described above. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy and cookie practices.
